- Create personalized theme/design concept within 5-7 days after meeting
- Create/monitor budget worksheet for event within 5-7 days after meeting
- Assist with or create event menu
- Coordinate rental items such as tables and chairs
- Act as liaison between the client and all vendors
- Distribute payments to vendors and venue
- Arrange and attend venue tours
- Create customized guest list & monitor RSVPs
- Anniversaries
- Baby Showers
- Bachelorette/Bachelor Parties
- Bar/Bat Mitzvahs
- Birthdays
- Bridal Showers
