Silver
Week/Day of coordination package
Your BIG Day is fast approaching and you realize that your to-do list is getting longer and longer.
Voilà! can handle all last minute details so you and your family can enjoy the pre-wedding activities.
Pre-Wedding Activities include
- Consultation with bride and groom to determine expectations (Silver 2hrs /Gold 3hrs /Platinum 3 to 4hrs)
- Confirm wedding day schedule with vendors
- Distribute the final payment to vendors at the end of their contract
- Follow-up with vendors on any changes of wedding plans and details
- Schedule/prepare bride & grooms wedding day itinerary
- Discuss who will be responsible for ceremony & reception duties
- Organize/coordinate and attend rehearsal (2hrs included)
- Organize/coordinate ceremony with officiant and wedding party
Wedding Day Activities include (10hrs included)
- Voilà! to assist with all wedding day activities
- Assist bride, groom, and bridal party
- Distribute payments to vendors
- Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, and pen at ceremony and/or reception.
- Distribute (and pin) wedding flowers
- Oversee venue decor to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with couples' wishes
- Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure that timeline is followed according to plan
- Coordinate all reception activities
- Wedding day emergency kit on hand
- Troubleshoot when needed
After Ceremony Activities
- Load gifts and keepsakes after reception into designated car
- Insure that clean up is done according to venue's wishes
Gold
The Gold Package
You're at a standstill & don't know what comes next or just don't have the time to take care of all the other details? Don't worry, that's where we come in.
This package is for couples that have booked their venue(s) and vendors.
All Silver Package services are included, plus:
- Consultation with bride and groom to determine expectations
- Create/provide customized task and/or wedding day itinerary list
- Create/provide/monitor budget worksheet within 5-7 business days after meeting
- Organize & monitor couples' gift registry
- Assist with reception menu creation
- Discuss floor plan, rain plan and layout
- Discuss if additional services are needed such as lighting, beverage, etc.
- Review and revise customized task list and budget worksheet when needed
- Check-in/monitor progress of vendors as wedding day approaches
- Finalize floor plan & seating with couple and reception venue
- Finalize guest list & give caterer final head count
Platinum
Most couples today have hectic schedules and/or find that planning this Grand Event is overwhelming. Let Voilà! make it easy & enjoyable.
This package is really the "crème de la crème". From the moment we first meet to the end of your reception, Voilà! will coordinate and execute this very special day.
The Platinum Package is based on 10% of total wedding budget; a min. charge of $1,200 applies
All Silver & Gold services are included, plus:
- Consultation with bride & groom to determine expectations
- Create a personalized design concept 5-7 days after venue is chosen
- Coordinate rental items such as tables and chairs
- Act as liaison between you and all vendors and review contracts
- Arrange and attend venue tours
- Assist with selection of invitations, programs & save-the-date cards
- Arrange accommodations for out of town family members & guests
- Reserve Bridal Suite
- Prepare and/or send wedding invitations
- Create customized guest list & monitor guest list RSVPs
- Monitor received gifts
- Advise on and coordinate wedding favors
- Advise on and coordinate gifts for wedding party
- Prepare list of must take photos for the photographer if needed
- Confirm music set list with band or DJ
- Coordinate and manage the rehearsal dinner
- Monthly review & revisions of task list and budget
- Unlimited emails between planner and couple
