Festival Bateaux-dragons

Shakin Not Stirred - Fundraiser for Haïti, January 2010
Our music band wanted to help the people who are suffering because of the disaster in Haiti. We wanted to make a small difference by organizing a fund raising concert on very short notice. Within 2 weeks, Sarah at Voilà! helped us put all the details together. Voilà! found a whole bunch of different sponsors for the evening, a caterer and the hall. All proceeds raised went directly to the cause. The evening was a great success and we raised over $5,600!! Voilà! also made contact with the Canadian Red Cross so they would match our donation.

Sam & Line's 25th wedding anniversary - October 2009
We decided to plan my parents 25th anniversary at the last minute (about 2 weeks before!). Even with this short notice, Sarah was able to organize a fancy and intimate cocktail party with our family and plan a fantastic gift-trip to Toronto for my folks (hotel, show and transportation included).She also was our photographer for the evening, making sure to capture special moments, took care of the music, and created a great video of past and present images of my parents that was played during the party, which made it all the more special. We are very satisfied with her reliability, generosity and creativity for this entire event!!
